Ещё инфу про эту турбу нашел:
THERE ARE FOUR ESC MODELS--ESC-350, ESC-550, ESC-750, AND ESC-1000.
THE NUMBER INDICATES THE CFM EACH MODEL FLOWS @ 4-5 PSI. FOR EVERY 1000CC OF YOUR ENGINE, CALCULATE 175 CFM.
THE ESC-350 IS $1695.
THE ESC-550 IS $1995,
ESC-750 $2295,
AND THE 1000 IS $2495.
THE ESC-350 & 550 USE 24V WITH A SERIES/PARALLEL SWITCH FOR SIMPLE CHARGING AND RUNNING.
THE ESC-750 AND 1000 USE 48-96 VDC MOTORS REQUIRING A 12V TO 110VAC INVERTER FOR CHARGING, AND MULTIPLE BATTERIES TO POWER THEM.
WE HAVE AN ESC-1000 ON A VIPER V10 8 LITER ADDING 250 REAR WHEEL HP, ALL THE WAY DOWN TO A CUSTOM ESC-150 ADDING 35 HP TO A 1000CC BUELL HARLEY.
THE ADVANTAGE OF THE ESC OVER MOST SUPERCHARGERS AND TURBOS IS SIMPLE INSTALLATION, NO BELT ISSUES, FULL BOOST COMES IN IMMEDIATELY, AND THE SYSTEM CAN BE SWAPPED VEHICLE TO VEHICLE.
THE ESC COMES WITH A BOOST GAUGE AND SWITCHES. YOU WILL NEED BATTERIES, CABLES, AND PIPES FOR THE ESC, AND ALSO FUEL CONTROL---USUALLY A SIMPLE FMU DOES THE JOB. THE FMU ARE ON EBAY FOR $90 BRAND NEW. A SIMPLE COLD AIR PIPE SET USUALLY IS ALL YOU NEED FOR THE ESC SETUP.

OUR SIMPLIFIED FORMULA--3.5HP PER 1000CC PER 5 PSI @ 5K RPM IS REQUIRED FOR BOOST--WHETHER DRIVEN BY AN ELECTRIC MOTOR, CRANKSHAFT PULLEY, OR EXHAUST TURBINE (TURBOCHARGER). 1HP = 746 WATTS, AND ELECTRIC MOTORS ARE 50-90% EFFICIENT.
OUR ESC-350 MOTOR IS 6.8HP @ 24V AND IS 50% EFFICIENT.
OUR ESC-550 MOTOR IS 10.2HP @ 24V AND IS 60% EFFICIENT.
THE ESC-750 (15HP @ 48V) & 1000 (30HP @ 96 VOLTS) ARE 90% EFFICIENT.
WE WANT TO KEEP CURRENT DRAW TO LESS THAN 400-450 AMPS, SO ASSUMING A 2.0 LITER ENGINE, WE KNOW WE NEED 7HP TO MAKE 5 PSI. THAT IS PERFECT FOR AN ESC-350. 7HP X 746 DIVIDED BY 50% EFFICIENCY = 10,444 WATTS. WATTS = VOLTS X AMPS, SO AT 12V IT WOULD BE 870 AMPS--TOO MUCH CURRENT. AT 24V IT IS 435 AMPS--ACCEPTABLE AND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
LETS SAY WE HAVE A 4.0 ENGINE. THE NUMBERS DOUBLE OF THE 2000CC ENGINE, SO WE NEED 14HP. THE ESC-750 IS 15HP @ 48V, SO 14HP X 746 DIVIDED BY 90% EFFICIENCY @ 48V. THAT IS 11,600 WATTS, AND AT 48 VOLTS THAT IS 241 AMPS--IDEAL CURRENT DRAW. IF WE TRIED IT AT 24V IT WOULD BE 482 AMPS--A LITTLE TOO HIGH.
