в 2008 году заморочился той же темой, вот ссылка на 4-х дроссельный впуск на турбо, но смысл одинаковый. переписывался с чуваком с НАСИОКА, вот переписка:
OK. I have everything off the car as of now, but will be out of town all weekend. I will try to get things photographed next week to you. What kind of time frame are you looking to get these if you like them?
I also have the dual intake manifolds and JUN hyper lemon style intercooler that goes with these if you are interested. If I just sell the ITBs to you as is, you will need to make some sort of filter flange / velocity stacks to mount on top of them.
I have drawings of the flange, so that is not a problem, but If you buy the intake manifolds ($200 for both), you just need to buy (2) 2.5 inch cone air filters to go onto each manifold. This would save you from making anything.
If you are not industrious or comfortable with fabrication and problem solving, I would recommend you not buy these. You will probably have to balance them, and adapt your throttle cable to the synchronizer as a minimum. As long as you are comfortable with this, you are getting a good deal. I will supply PDFs of all parts, along with 3D iges or solidworks files if you buy. I will also be here with any support that you may require.
I have about $3000K into this intake setup in just materials and machining (but that includes manifolds and intercooler). You will never, ever be able to touch a dual butterfly ITB setup for this kind of price, rather-less roller barrel ITBs.
