This works for a stock car and I noticed you have a Grimmspeed 3 port BCS. U will need to retune the wastegate duty cycles for this to work well as suggested on the products web page.
Best approach to tuning would be you doing it yourself after reading and researching and most important logging to see how the car runs. There's plenty of info on the romraider forums and openecu forums too.

The knock correction seems disabled by default, IAM doesn't change and FLKC too. I decreased the Feedback Correction disable ECT from 120 to 80 and tried to match the other Feedback Correction parameters to the stock A4TE002B rom. With that I get Feedback Knock Correction and Fine Learning Knock Correction seemingly working. The IAM however doesn't change yet which might be due to it being disabled or the map is running sweet
