говорит что стало лучше, там целая статья с фотками как он его ставил. именно такой от ХО2Ракинг .
статья от сентябр 2006. я ему в личку написал, он грит что доволен и проблем нет никаких.
PS: Again, I have a WRX with STI hood scoop/splitter/bellows, so I can't say for sure if this big-ass TMIC would fit under a WRX scoop, but my guess is probably yes.
I think it took about 2 hours total, working slowly. Having new Y-pipe and BPV gaskets as well as having a write-up like this would sped me up signigicantly. Mounting the new TMIC, especially the BPV was the most time consuming step.
After an install, I plugged my Accessport to read the real time Boost pressure as well as using my boost gauge to make sure that I have no boost leak issues. With Cobb stage 2, peak boost is 15.8 +/- .5 PSI and I got to 14.9 in VEGAS, in August with 100+ deg. F temp, at 3000 ft. of elevation, so I would say that is good.
Well, the install itself is very straight forward. I think it's a good mod for someone who already has Turbo-back, EM, Up-pipe, etc., and want something else to do before going to the next big step like VFXX turbo/STI pinks/Walbro, or for those who want a bigger TMIC after having VFXX, but not ready to go for a FMIC. Cheap, no big modification, decent fitment for a BARGAIN price!!
