Критерии поиска:
1. Searching company The searching company with EUR 250 m turnover offers Banking IT products and IT Services.
2. Target company The searching company wishes to acquire an IT services or an IT banking products company that should have good banking clients. If the target has banking software products that would be welcome.
IT hardware or system integration companies are excluded.
3. Location The target could be based anywhere in Eastern Europe / Russia / CIS.
3. Turnover The ideal target has a size of approximately EUR 5 to EUR 10 million turnover.
4. Acquisition structure The searching company is looking for a 100% acquisition. He is open to start with 51% shareholdings and to increase the same to 100% in 2 years through an earn out model.
5. Management The searching company would like the Management to stay and help the new majority shareholder in the expansion of the business.
6. Procedure Detailed information about the searching company is available after receipt of a confidentiality inclusive success fee agreement.
